Running, Without it, Why bother!

More than just an escape, more than an outlet for my frustrations, running for me has evolved into a part of my life that always must be there. For the very first year ever, the need for greater mileage has come about. Near the end of 2009, I relaunched my main blog – Health and Nutrition That is AboveNBeyond – http://abovenbeyond4u.com and I share health and fitness related articles from both an entertainment and healthy helpful aspect. Memberships and other features are available, check it out. I’m not an elite runner but, each year gets more interesting as things go. I confess that most of my posting happens on AboveNBeyond4u.com, but, I will try to post here more often.

    I agree. I have been running for about 40 years. Some years more than others, but it has become so ingrained I would go mad if I couldn’t get out there.

Running, Without it, Why Bother -- This saying says it all for me. To prove a point, my wife never imagined running at all until recently. She adds running to her walking and loves it!
