With a distance of 2 miles and including a short all out sprint, I finished a good run today and I confess, not shirtless, but, those days are coming soon I hope. The temp has to be just right for me for that. With a little walking, mostly running and the sprint, I finished the run in about 23:45. Not my greatest time for this distance, though I wasn’t aiming for speed yet. For the time that I spent on this workout, I gained 3 points in the weight watchers point system. My first race of the season is coming soon, so one has to up the ante to get ready.
